The Wikipedia page suggests that we might add "Roman emperor during the era of the Principate" and "yamtuan, ruler of a Malay state" as well as "führer". And there are other terms we might add, such as "president" etc.

But this seems a bit like defining 鳥類 with words like "crow", "pelican", "vulture" and so on: lots of words, making the definition less and less concise.
