These types of lids have "sipping holes" that you generally have to press your lips against to drink. 就口杯 are cups with a sipping hole. ------------------------------------------- Editor: In some dictionaries, the very first sense of 就 is "to come near; to move towards" and that's the sense applicable here. Cc-cedict has that sense too ("to approach; to move towards"). It's "come near" – not "touch". (although "didn't come near (didn't come right up to) my mouth" (i.e. 没就口) IMPLIES "didn't touch my mouth", of course). You can see how it works in the following sentence where you have both 就口 "(the bowl) comes up to one's mouth" [good manners] and 就碗 "(one's mouth) moves towards the bowl" [bad manners]. 吃饭碗要端起来吃，只能以碗就口，不能以口就碗，咀嚼的时候不能发出很大的声音，...
