Due to these frustrations, there was a time when Wang considered giving up. But then he considered his original vow to help, and also how he himself had had discipline problems in school: fighting, bullying, low grades. The affirmation and care he received then from his church elders guided him out. Seeing these kids walking the same path he had walked years ago, he couldn't just give up so easily.

In this modern society that is increasingly full of broken homes, many young people's psychological problems, like Tsou Hui-chiao's, are hidden in an invisible corner. Perhaps they have good grades or normal behavior, but their hearts are full of negative emotions and despair. The moment they run into stress from schoolwork or difficulties in their interactions with peers, they may possibly start walking down the road leading to depression, dropping out of school, joining gangs, or abusing cigarettes, alcohol, and drugs.
