maybe more of a grammar point or set phrase, but it seems to appear in this form regularly (勝、輸、死……)

cf. 不誤

"無疑" OR "无疑" - 78 200 000 results
"必*無疑" OR "必*无疑" - 48 500 000 results
-------------------------------------

Editor:
1) I don't believe you can't rely on Google results to make that kind of comparison. Those figures suggest that well over 50% of the time, 无疑 is part of a 必V无疑 construct. I think the real figure could be more like 2%. (Searching a corpus of several thousand magazine articles, I found just 3 cases of 必V无疑 out of 160 instances of 无疑.)

2) The way I see it, it's easy to figure out what 必V无疑 means, since 必 and 无疑 each have just one basic meaning:
必死無疑 = "must + die + for sure"

赴死不一定會死,但等死卻是必死無疑!
"If you bet your life, you've got a chance, but if you just wait for death, you're a goner for sure."

... whereas 照V不误 poses a challenge, since both 照 and 误 can mean various disparate things.

3) Still, we can have an example of the construct. Let's go with 必死无疑. Users who look up 无疑 will find this example, assuming they are wise enough to do a "terms containing ..." search.

4) Another example:
若在空氣中導出,蛋殼必碎無疑。
If this is done outside of water in the air, the eggshell will inevitably crack.
Diff:
- 無疑 无疑 [wu2 yi2] /no doubt/undoubtedly/
# + 無疑 无疑 [wu2 yi2] /no doubt/undoubtedly/(often in the form 必V無疑|必V无疑[bi4 xx5 wu2 yi2], in which V is a verb)/
#
+ 無疑 无疑 [wu2 yi2] /undoubtedly; without doubt; for sure/
+ 必死無疑 必死无疑 [bi4 si3 wu2 yi2] /will die for sure; to be a goner/
