Editor: It's a verb phrase ("to grab attention"):
企业家陈光标总能出些奇异的点子来抓人眼球。
Of course, it can also be used like an adjective ("attention-grabbing").

But we already have "attention" in our definition of 眼球, and that seems to be the most efficient way of dealing with the various contexts in which 眼球 is used, such as:
- 喜欢别人的眼球
- 吸引眼球
- 抓住用户眼球
- 读者的眼球从报纸和杂志转向博客
- 21世紀的台灣是媒體社會,『眼球經濟』當道,每個人都在搶鏡頭、搶麥克風。
