"at all" is only applicable with a negative verb.
As such, it's odd to place it between "simply" and "practically".
It makes it a bit harder to grasp the meaning.

I looked at dozens of Pleco example sent's and I feel that "simply" or "really" is fine in almost all cases, even when combined with a negative -- so there's no need for "at all".
Diff:
- 簡直 简直 [jian3 zhi2] /simply/at all/practically/
+ 簡直 简直 [jian3 zhi2] /simply; really/
