1) bound form (Wenlin, Chao&Yang)
So it's used in compounds, not as a word in its own right.

2) Based on the most common compounds, like 偏僻 and 孤僻 etc., "biased" is not a good gloss to have at the head of the definition. In fact, I don't think we need it at all. HDC has a few literary examples from very old texts, but most dicts don't include a sense like that.

3) "low" is ambiguous, and again, it's not a gloss that appears in other dicts.
I couldn't identify a 僻 compound for which it was helpful to think of 僻 as "low".
僻 certainly doesn't mean "close to the ground".

4) I like the definition in SCM (“Student's Dictionary of Classical and Medieval Chinese”).
It identifies two main senses, one relatively physical and the other, more figurative.

1. remote, out of the way, far to one side.
a) separated from, far-removed; rare; isolated; withdrawn, retired.
2. off-center, oblique; divergent; distorted; incorrect; unorthodox; perverted, perverse.

I've based my submission on this, simplifying it to reduce the number of glosses to four.
Diff:
- 僻 僻 [pi4] /biased/low/rustic/secluded/
+ 僻 僻 [pi4] /(bound form) remote/out of the way/off-center/eccentric/
