Seems like their saying "牛逼" but it's being censored and the subtitles have been changed to "牛牛" - which in itself is quite interesting.

1) I don't see evidence that 社交牛逼症 is seen as a negative trait (overconfidence, grandstanding, psychopathy, narcissism).
On the contrary, I see people describing it as a virtue to be cultivated.

3) 癥 is the wrong trad character. 癥 is pronounced zhēng rather than zhèng, and it has the wrong meaning, since 社交牛逼症 is formed by analogy with 社交恐懼症.
