「姨母笑」用英語要怎麼說?
1. benevolent smile 和藹可親的微笑
2. a beam of satisfaction 滿足地笑
etc.

Editor:
1) "benevolent smile of an elder relative" could be mistakenly taken as indicating that the person smiling needs to be an elder relative. The sources all say it's *like* the smile of an aunt, not the *actual* smile of an aunt. E.g. Note the 如 in this definition: 指慈祥怜爱欣慰如‌‌‌‌‌‌‌母亲(或者其他年长女性亲属)的微笑。

2) "c. 2017" is based on 2017-12-08 being the date of the earliest version of the Baike article on 姨母笑.

3) The jikipedia reference above is for their article on a different term: 姨父笑.

4) "avuncular smile" would have been good except that it suggests the smiler is a male.
The female equivalent of "avuncular" is, unfortunately, a rarely used technical term: "materteral", and therefore not suitable here.
