(To quote a dictionary definition of "stan" -- "exhibit fandom to an extreme or excessive degree".) 3) You didn't provide any examples of usage for either 粉 or 站, and that made them harder to check, especially since this new sense isn't in dictionaries (yet). 4) I didn't see enough usage of 站 to justify adding it.
