"aviation line" doesn't seem to be the right term.
I couldn't find any quotes where that term referred to the route flown by a plane.

The main period of these markings was 1930-1950 corresponding with the expansion of the air routes, but examples can be found outside of this period although usage after 1955 is seldom seen since little was saved.

The following Wp quote doesn't mention 航空線, but it mentions other terms that seem to mean the same thing, and says that they correspond to English "airway".

"airway" has several senses, but MW's 2nd sense is "a designated route along which airplanes fly from airport to airport"
