However, that appears to be an ad hoc term invented by a translator, possibly because there is no accepted technical term for "waterbath stunner" in Chinese. If you Google "电动水浴" the results suggest that whatever it is, it's not a poultry stunner. You are proposing to add a highly specialized technical term to our dictionary. Don't do that unless you know what you are doing: you must either be a bilingual expert in the area, or you must research the correct term properly. Something tells me you are not an expert in poultry slaughter. And the "research" you presented with your submission is worthless. |
