It makes some sense to include that as a separate bound-form sense in a dictionary like GF, where examples (compounds) of that sort are supplied, but in our kind of dictionary, not so much. 2) "menstruation" It seems like it could just be regarded as a particular sense of "blood" (in context). And again, you have to ask, is that a bound-form sense that would be better dealt with in the entries for compounds such as 血崩? Also, in the examples provided, 血崩症 is covered by our entry for 血崩; and I'm not sure that in 血行不畅, 血 refers to menstruation, but even if it does, I think the current definition ("blood") serves well enough, given the context. 血行 means blood flow, I think. And that could be internal or menstrual, I suppose, depending on context. |
