For example - "winner-takes-all" is wrong - there is no mention of the fact that voters can nominate whomever they like 2) Preselection for a competition is not necessarily 海选. It depends how the preselection is done. The key thing, as far as I can determine, is that *anyone* can front up for the selection process.
