The National Taipei University of Education Affiliated Experimental Elementary School (北市大附小) says they aim to "increase the connection with National Taipei University of Education to provide the integration of theory and practice." https://www.ntueees.tp.edu.tw/attach/english/eng.htm Also, in the following TP snippet, the wording of the translation implies that the school was still attached to ECNU at the time of writing: 兩年前他在大陸華東師範大學附小看到大陸老師用英語授課； "He recounts that two years ago, when he visited an elementary school attached to East China Normal University in Shanghai, he saw mainland teachers teaching lessons in English."
