Editor:

1. chu2 is Tw pr.
2. as per LA this is a Tw vocab anyway, so I'm adding a (Tw) tag
3. 27m vs 340k (:.tw vs :.cn)

On 2nd thoughts, let's have "top up".

1) 储值 does usually mean "top up".
a) WeChat Top Up Service 微信储值服务
b) Myki Money 储值(TOP UP)
步骤1.1: 看到Myki Machine 之后机器上的画面应该是如下图
步骤1.2: 把Myki 卡放到机器上,...

2) On the other hand, it doesn't mean "top up" in the following example, since the card value starts at zero, which means that the first time you put money into the card, you aren't topping up (restoring the value).

购买Myki卡非常简单,不过在购买Myki卡之前必须先了解一些事项。首先在购买Myki卡的同时也需要储值,因为新的Myki
卡是不会有任何钱在裡面的。

Editor: Ah yes, there I go again, focusing on the definition and forgetting to check the pinyin :-(
Diff:
- 儲值 储值 [chu2 zhi2] /to put money into (a stored-value card or pre-paid phone account)/to top up/
+ 儲值 储值 [chu3 zhi2] /(Tw) to put money into (a stored-value card or pre-paid phone account)/to top up/
