Definition doesn't match suggested meaning in example sentences.
---------------------------

Editor:
You need to look a bit harder. Try this example sentence: 令人有一种不大吉祥的感觉
https://www.sbs.com.au/language/zh-hans/audio/gardening-how-to-grow-chrysanthemum

See? 不大吉祥 means "not very auspicious". Our definition "matches the suggested meaning" :-)

Another example: 這樣的喝法不僅器皿不講究,也不大衛生,

See? 不大衛生 means "not very sanitary".
"This way of tea drinking devotes little attention to the elegance of the tea utensils; it is also not very sanitary."

Oh, I know you can show me other examples where the "definition doesn't match the suggested meaning". Here's one: 貧富差距不大. But, my dear anonymous friend, you only need to parse the expression correctly and everything turns out fine. Don't parse it as (貧富差距)(不大). Try it this way: (貧富差距)(不)(大). Then voilà! You get this:
"(disparity between rich and poor) (not) (big)".

So that's the key: you need to be more flexible in your parsing.

Let's not go deleting correct definitions just because they aren't applicable when you fail to parse the sentence correctly.
