B: 外文名 Drama Pig

I guess the logic is if 戏精 = drama queen then 猪精 = drama pig.

----------------------------------

Editor: "swine" is an expression of contempt for an "extremely unpleasant and unkind" person [Cambridge].
It doesn't seem an appropriate word for describing a zhujing.
A zhujing's character is better described as "histrionic" (like a pig).

"豬精女孩... refers to fat, ugly women with a histrionic personality"
https://hahachn.wordpress.com/2017/09/24/zhu-jing-nu-hai/

"Always the histrionic pig she careened about squealing with the eardrum-bursting pitch peculiar to an agitated pig."

Diff:
# 豬精 猪精 [zhu1 jing1] /(Internet slang) attention seeking swine/
+ 豬精 猪精 [zhu1 jing1] /pork bouillon powder/(neologism) a person who, like a pig, is fat and ugly and given to histrionics/
