If an event is still on my mind, then naturally it's still on my memory, this isn't a different sense. Chinese dictionaries also make no note of this sense. * I have found no evidence that 心目 has the separate sense "mood; frame of mind". This is also not found in Chinese dictionaries. * “mind's eye” is character-level literal translation, but the English expression doesn't mean the same. ABC copied tens of thousands of definitions from various dictionaries, including Wei Dongya, ed. 《汉英词典》A Chinese-English Dictionary [Revised Edition 1995] PLC is a more recent version of that dictionary. Pleco bought the rights to 《汉英词典》; ABC simply copied from it. If you examine the code for an ABC entry and there's a line that says something like ref 49794 (i.e. the reference is a number) it apparently means the definition was copied from 《汉英词典》. If, on the other hand, the reference line says something like "vfe768a5" the definition is copied from "fe" (Far East dictionary, p. 768, column a, entry #5). The "v" is short for "vide" (see).
