1) "free reed mouth organ" - a redundant expression - mouth organs in general are free reed instruments.

2) The 排箫, aka 箫, is not a reed instrument at all, as far as I can determine. It was a kind of flute, similar to panpipes.

3) The sheng doesn't necessarily have a wind chamber made from a gourd in modern times. Wp ~ "Ancient [sheng] instruments with gourd wind chambers, varying numbers of pipes, with bamboo or metal reeds have been discovered in archaeological finds at ..."
Also, see this pic:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sheng_(instrument)#/media/File:Sheng_-_Muzeum_Azji_i_Pacyfiku_w_Warszawie.jpg
That doesn't look like a gourd, does it?

4) I've mentioned in two of the defs (箫 and 竽) that the instrument was used in ancient times (ie not used nowadays).
Diff:
- 吹竽手 吹竽手 [chui1 yu2 shou3] /player of the yu 竽 (free reed mouth organ)/
+ 吹竽手 吹竽手 [chui1 yu2 shou3] /player of the yu 竽[yu2] (free reed wind instrument)/
- 葫蘆絲 葫芦丝 [hu2 lu2 si1] /hulusi (a kind of free reed wind instrument)/cucurbit flute/
+ 葫蘆絲 葫芦丝 [hu2 lu2 si1] /hulusi, aka cucurbit flute (a kind of free reed wind instrument)/
- 排簫 排箫 [pai2 xiao1] /xiao, a free reed mouth organ with five or more pipes blown from the bottom/also translated as pan pipes/
+ 排簫 排箫 [pai2 xiao1] /see 簫|箫[xiao1]/
- 笙 笙 [sheng1] /free reed mouth organ, with wooden pipes stuck into a gourd/
+ 笙 笙 [sheng1] /sheng, a free reed wind instrument, with vertical bamboo pipes/
- 簫 箫 [xiao1] /xiao, a free reed mouth organ with five or more pipes blown from the bottom/same as 排簫|排箫/also translated as pan pipes/
+ 簫 箫 [xiao1] /xiao, a Chinese musical instrument of ancient times, similar to panpipes/
- 竽 竽 [yu2] /free reed mouth organ, with wooden pipes stuck into a gourd (larger version of 笙[sheng1])/
+ 竽 竽 [yu2] /free reed wind instrument similar to the sheng 笙[sheng1], used in ancient China/
