That 年前 isn't "years ago". So do we need a gloss "before the year ..."? I don't think we need to explain 十五年前 with a new gloss for 年前. It's (十五年)(前), and "ago" is already one our glosses for 前. Similarly 2006年前 is (2006年)(前) and we already have "before" as a gloss for 前. |
