This word can be found in quite a number of dictionaries now. The following is taken from https://heimdalsecurity.com/blog/doxxing/:

Doxxing is a cyber attack that involves discovering the real identity of an Internet user, or uncovering other valuable personal data, by analyzing pieces of information he/she leaves online, and finally broadcasting the data to the public.
The term “doxxing” comes from the expression “dropping dox”, which was revenge tactic used by hackers where they dropped malicious information on a rival.

Nowadays, doxxing is used to shame or punish people who would rather stay anonymous, because of their controversial beliefs or other types of non-mainstream activity.

examples of 人肉 usage ~
1) "human"
人肉词典 (human dictionary)
人肉GPS (human gps)
人肉百科全书 (human encyclopedia)
不僅要「還原」,還要「還真」到讓人肉眼無法分辨才算高明。It's not a job well done unless it is impossible to tell the difference with the naked eye.

2) "dox"
全城寻找面包车司机!人肉他,别让他跑了!
我被骗子骗了,谁能帮我人肉他?
不要脸的汉奸!你是傻B吧!人肉他!
你有过人肉别人或被人肉的经历吗?

人肉 also means "human flesh", unsurprisingly. I don't think we need to document that, though.
他不敢吃人肉,於是抓蛇、青蛙來吃,
"Tseng himself refused to eat human flesh, catching snakes and frogs to feed himself."

Note that we already have the following entries:
人肉搜索 /human flesh search/a large-scale collective effort to find details about a person or event (Internet slang)/see 人肉搜索引擎/
人肉搜索引擎 /human flesh search engine/a large-scale collective effort to find details about a person or event (Internet slang)/
(These could probably be improved, e.g. by using the term "crowd-sourced" instead of "large-scale collective effort" and maybe deleting the cringeworthy Chinglish term "human flesh search".)
