Can those other glosses be justified?

What is a "license to a computer account" actually? All 12 Google hits for that expression seem to derive from cc-cedict. The gloss "license (computer)" was in the 1998 version of cedict, and that was reworded as "a license (to a computer account)". I suspect that was the result of pure guesswork.
Diff:
- 通行 通行 [tong1 xing2] /to go through/a passage through/in general use/a pass or laissez-passer/a license (to a computer account)/
# + 通行 通行 [tong1 xing2] /to go through/to be in general use/
+ 通行 通行 [tong1 xing2] /to go through/to pass through/to be in general use/
