It's (小心)(地)(滑), not (小心)(地滑), and (地)(滑) means "the ground is slippery". <quote> "地" is the subject and "滑" is the predicate. Therefore, we get "the floor is slippery ". Usually we don‘t just say “地滑”, for it doesn’t sound so coherent. You should insert an adverb, i.e. ”地很滑” ,”地非常滑”.
