Here are a few of the matters you haven't addressed: 1) You propose to classify 込 as a Japanese kokuji, yet the zdic page you refer to calls it 古同“迂” (i.e., an old Chinese variant of 迂). http://www.zdic.net/z/25/js/8FBC.htm You can't have it both ways, according to Wikipedia: "In Japan the kokuji category is strictly defined as characters whose earliest appearance is in Japan. If a character appears earlier in the Chinese literature, it is not considered a kokuji even if the character was independently coined in Japan and unrelated to the Chinese character (meaning "not borrowed from Chinese").
