It's not "postnatal" in the usual sense ("occurring in the period immediately after birth"). That's 產後.

Instead, it's postnatal in the less common, general sense -- "occurring any time after birth". But that's better expressed by the gloss "acquired (not innate)".

In other words, "postnatal" isn't necessary in the definition, and it could easily be taken to mean the wrong thing.
