1) Can anyone be said to have "originated" Avogadro's number (other than God, perhaps)?

2) "molarity" is "the concentration of a solution expressed in moles of solute per liter of solution". Does it make sense to say that somebody "contributed" to that? Isn't that like saying that some scientist "contributed" to voltage? (or density, or momentum). I can't even verify that the concept of molarity existed in Avogadro's lifetime.

3) Maybe we can delete the third entry. 阿伏伽德罗常数 has about 14 times as many G hits as 阿伏伽德罗数 (53k v 3.7k)

Yes, I think your suggestion "Avogadro's number (chemistry)" is best.
