The simplified form for this term gives me around 1.2 million results in 百度.
This term (simplified) can also be found in Chinese Wikipedia, corresponding to the English article for "crunch (exercise)".

I didn't see the pinyin/zhuyin for this term written anywhere yet, but almost all Traditional Chinese sources I have seen list it as "捲腹" (with '捲' juǎn rather than '卷' juàn, which makes sense since it is a verb not a noun, +1 for Traditional Chinese's clarity here).

I followed the "X (physical exercise)" structure for the suggested definition, there are several definitions like that already in CC-CEDICT.
