仉 is not a surname at all! It simply means 'mother'. It apparently is what Mencius called his mother, but it wasn't her surname either, since it isn't a surname.

Editor: I don't see evidence that 仉 means "mother".
And dictionaries contradict your assertion that "仉 is not a surname at all".
In fact, here's someone with surname 仉:
