In PRC mandarin, 勞 is lao2, lao4 doesn't seem to be used. However, in Taiwanese mandarin, it is pronounced lao4 when it means "慰問", so 唁勞 is yan4lao4 only in Taiwanese chinese, not in PRC chinese.

I added the taiwanese pronunciation in the corrected definition string, but I don't know if it is proper or necessary.

Here it says it is "yan4lao2":

This is 新華字典's page for 勞:

Here the difference between lao2 and lao4 can be seen in a taiwanese dictionary (國語辭典):

Diff:
- 唁勞 唁劳 [yan4 lao4] /to offer condolences/
# + 唁勞 唁劳 [yan4 lao2] /to offer condolences/Taiwan pr. yan4 lao4/
+ 唁勞 唁劳 [yan4 lao2] /to offer condolences/Taiwan pr. [yan4 lao4]/
