acronym for 贪污腐败 rather than a genuine stand-alone word.

Editor: Yes, it seems that there are a lot of pages where 孌童犯 is used to mean pedophile, but the references cited don't support that. For example, one of them says
娈童 = 男妓。
恋童 = 成人爱好与儿童发生性关系的行为。

We, and other dictionaries, have 恋童癖=pedophile and 娈童=pretty boy.
Similarly, Wp articles say
