The current gloss misses the element of quality. 人缘 is typically something that is described as good or bad, rather than simply existing. By contrast, "relations with other people" can be used quite neutrally, e.g. "Interpersonal competences are those which we use in relations with other people." I think 人缘 is a case where the definition can benefit from including a canonical example phrase like 人缘好. 人缘好的人会让他周围的同事感到相处轻松并愉快，自然愿意多接触，而人缘不好的人，大家则是能避免接触则避免，这样的自然不会得到周围同事的支持。 |
