木须肉,又称木樨肉,属鲁菜系孔府菜,是典型的北方菜,因炒鸡蛋色泽形似木樨花得名。主要选用猪瘦肉、鸡蛋、木耳、黄瓜等食材,经滑炒制成咸鲜口味菜肴。
