The pinyin format should be chosen to make it as easy as possible to read (i.e. to parse). 2. CamelCase should be avoided. 3. Where possible, proper names should be capitalized (華佗 = Hua4 Tuo2, 西子 = Xi1zi3, etc.). 4. Idioms of the form (2-syllable noun) + (2-syllable verb phrase) should be formatted as OO-OO. |
