Chinese dragons have four legs and no wings, whereas wyverns have two legs and a pair of wings. (The Chinese Wikipedia article on wyverns calls them 双足龙.)

飛龍 has a long, serpentine (snake-like) body, whereas a wyvern has a compact, lizard-like body.

飛龍 belongs to Chinese mythology and symbolism, whereas the wyvern comes from European tradition.

Ex.

Diff:
- 飛龍 飞龙 [fei1 long2] /wyvern (type of dragon)/
+ 飛龍 飞龙 [[fei1long2]] /dragon in flight/(fig.) (literary) person at the height of success/
