It would help (not just us, but also you) to add some example sentences. I think that if you did, it would be clear that 场记 is not a "log". "log", by the way, is ambiguous. If you ask me what a "log" is, my first response would be that it's a piece of wood from a tree. Or it can be a record of an event, which is probably what you mean here. But it's not clear at all from just "log" that 场记 is a term used in filmmaking - so we would call it a "script". But it's not a "script" either - your own dictionary definition says that it's a "工作" (a job), or the person who does the job.
