糯 is an adjective: 〈形容词〉粘性的。如:糯麦(带粘性的大麦);糯粟(糯高粱);糯高粱 (https://zd.hwxnet.com/search/hwxE7hwxB3hwxAF.html)

You may also want to consider deleting "glutinous rice/sticky rice" from this definition. While dictionaries also define 糯 as a noun meaning "sticky rice"...

◎ 糯 穤、稬 nuò〈名词〉(1) 粘性稻。如:糯米纸(用淀粉制成的薄膜。用以包装糖果、点心或药品,可以防潮)

...their examples seem to use 糯 as an adjective (modifying 米 in 糯米).

The only examples I could come up with where 糯 is used to mean "sticky rice" are in abbreviations (such as in 粮食的米香密码:籼粳糯的多元鉴别指南 https://www.sohu.com/a/904464641_121708533).
----------------------

Editor: Our definition, which gives the noun sense first, reflects the etymological development.

The original meaning is "sticky rice". In Shuowen and Kangxi, 糯 (or its precursor variant 稬) is defined as a type of rice – not as "glutinous". For example, Kangxi, citing the Song dynasty source "增韵", says 稻之黏者,可以为酒.

Modern dictionaries continue to record this "sticky rice" sense. E.g.
1. 一种稻米的品种。可分为圆糯米、长糯米。黏性大,多用来制成汤圆、年糕、麻糬等食品。
2. 富有黏性的;有如糯米的。例 「糯高粱」。

And while compounds like 糯米 and 糯高粱 and 软糯 are the most common type of usage of 糯, so that it makes sense to define it as "glutinous", the original sense persists in terms like 长糯, 圆糯, 黑糯 and 香糯 etc.

Examples:
