"landing gear" is more specific

undercarriage = the wheels of an aircraft, train etc and the structure that holds them
(起落架 would not apply to trains)

landing gear = an aircraft's wheels and other parts that support them

... and is the preferred term in the aviation industry internationally, I believe.
