The senses seemed to be split by too many slashes. I grouped the different ways to say one thing into senses. The last sense seems uncommon and literary, so I said that in round brackets.
--------------------------

Editor:
1) "to kill; to dispatch"
It's used in modern colloquial contexts—such as crime-related talk, military settings, action movies and casual slang—as well as in literature.
把他结果了 (finish him off)
直接结果掉 (kill [him] directly)
被结果了 (got taken out)
结果掉一个人 (eliminate someone)

2) [[jie2 guo3]] ➝ [[jie2guo3]]
Diff:
- 結果 结果 [jie2 guo3] /outcome/result/conclusion/in the end/as a result/to kill/to dispatch/
# + 結果 结果 [[jie2 guo3]] /outcome; result; conclusion/in the end; as a result/(literary) to kill; to dispatch/

+ 結果 结果 [[jie2 guo3]] /outcome; result; consequence/in the end; as a result/to kill; to dispatch/
