<< review queue entry 80964 - submitted by 'richwarm' >> This was originally wei2, but it was changed to wei4. https://cc-cedict.org/editor/editor.php?log_id=84739&return=ListChanges&handler=ViewLogEntry However, I think it should be wei2. Various dictionaries say it's wei2, including New Century (NC), Pleco (PLC), Grand Ricci (GR), and Key (K). There are numerous other expressions that begin with 不足为 and 为 in those expressions is almost invariably rendered as wei2 in dictionaries. 不足为怪 不足为虑 etc. As for the Baike article cited in malcolm_schonfield's submission, if you go to the section labeled 参考资料 in that article and click on the link, you will see that Baidu's own reference actually indicates wei2, not wei4.
