"{1}{1}區" looks ugly, but apps aren't supposed to display the entry in its raw form. "11區 11区 [[Shi2yi1 Qu1]]" isn't accepted by the parser. https://cc-cedict.org/editor/editor.php?handler=ParseEntry So braces are required. It's just a matter of where to put them. Both "{1}{1}區 {1}{1}区 [[Shi2yi1 Qu1]]" and "11區 11区 [[{Shi2yi1} Qu1]]" can be parsed, but I think the former may be better in that it makes it clear that the pinyin is pinyin (i.e. it's intended to be displayed as Shíyī), whereas I'm not sure whether {Shi2yi1} might be interpreted as a literal ("Shi2yi1" rather than "Shíyī"). I'll check with Dennis. |
