That would not be considered a 爛尾樓, which is more like - "a building left unfinished for a long period of time" or - "a building whose construction has run into difficulties and stopped" As a short definition, I think "uncompleted building" better conveys the meaning of 爛尾樓 than "unfinished building" or "incomplete building". But anyway, users can be expected to either know the meaning of 樓, or look it up if they don't. So I would omit reference to "tall" or "high". |
