When we indicate tone 5, you should generally take that to mean that the neutral tone is commonly used, but that original tone is also used by some speakers. You should not take it to mean that *everyone* uses neutral tone. 2) Wiktionary indicates the neutral tone too. Go to the Pronunciation section (in the reference you provided) and click on "More".
