So, I will use my powers of deduction to conclude miles "mined" all these terms out of that article :) That said, having the context around 益民, it looks like it's just meant to contrast "乱民" rather than being a real term. And I think the translation is a bit strange too, "the right side in a civil war" is pretty subjective and not necessary the opposite of 乱民 depending on one's point of view. All that is to say, I agree with deleting this entry. |
