教育部国语辞典 has this one, but it's not electric shock.

Editor: Doing a bit of detective work, I can see that this entry has its origins in Wu Guanghua, ed. 《汉英大词典》Hàn-Yīng Dà Cídiǎn, which has the following entry:

电震 commotion; shock. ~治疗 an electric shock therapy. ~渔具 electric shock gear.

Now, purely on the basis of the characters, "commotion" seems unlikely, and "shock" is a bit vague if ~治疗 really means "electric shock therapy". But anyway, ABC, which includes a reference to 《汉英大词典》 in its entry, naturally enough rejected "commotion" and just copied "shock". So ABC's entry is
电震 diànzhèn n. shock

In 2009, a former editor of cc-cedict who was banned for wholesale verbatim copying from ABC came back as a sockpuppet and submitted yet another ABC entry, this time slightly modified:

... which we processed as "electric shock; electroshock", apparently after an editor checked the Web and found some Hong Kong usage of the word.

And it does seem that 電震 can mean "electric shock", at least in Hong Kong. I found things like ~

I also found that Grand Ricci (Tw-based dict) has an entry
電震 Choc électrique.

And an EC dictionary has these two entries:

So while 触电 and 电击 are the more usual terms, it looks like 电震 has some usage in certain regions.
