I believe these names should be written as a single word* in pinyin (as K, for example, writes it.)

* Similar to how Dolce & Gabbana is rendered as a single word in Chinese: 杜嘉班纳
Attempting to parse 杜嘉班纳 as two words gives you either
杜嘉+班纳 (Gabbana = 班纳??) or
杜+嘉班纳 (Dolce = 杜??)
I think the most reasonable conclusion is that 杜嘉班纳 is regarded as a single word.
