Used extensively in basic study of Confucianism. Basically same as the just-submitted 一以贯之 entry. 百度百科 says "loyal, considerate, and forgiving" Baidu tr. shows adj. "loyal and considerate" and n. "magnanimity" (cf. Aristotle megalopsuchia in N.E.)
