it's just 要死了 in 沪语, not standard mandarin

Editor:

CC-CEDICT contains 500 or so dialectal entries[1] (and many more that aren't labelled). There are also a dozen Shanghainese entries[2] - should they all be deleted too?

>not standard mandarin
Sure, but CC-CEDICT has many of these non-standard entries. Besides dialectal words, we have lots of slang, while some entries aren't even Mandarin at all - like "A", "CJB", "cos", "88", etc. We even have a handful of Korean and Japanese characters.

All that is to say, I'm not in agreement that this should be deleted. Unless the entry is wrong in some way (I don't know Shanghainese so I suppose it's possible). But I'm happy to discuss it (and deletion in general) with anyone who wants to talk about it.

The above is just my opinion and not necessarily the opinion of other editors.
