This is best described as commensalism, since symbiosis (or mutualism) requires that both organisms benefit. Also, NA's definition indicates that 共栖 refers to commensalism (and also that it's a verb.) * * * What you might call "strict" commensalism (where one and only one organism benefits) seems to be called 偏利共栖.
