When a non-dealer gets such a hand it's called 地和. Not quite as "perfect" (thus, 地). ---------- Followup: On second thought, adding a verb sense. Though I think these are much more commonly used as nouns. By the way, the original submission was for 天胡, but I processed it as 天和. I should have mentioned that 天和 is the more common term and 天胡 is a variant.
